Those of you who are observant may have noticed that  the Blog  has another author cited ...

Louise is a very dear friend of mine, she's also a transgender woman.  Louise is rather further on her transition journey, having had Gender Confirmation Surgery (GCS)  a year and a half  or so ago.

WE were talking about the blog  and  i asked Louise would she write a bit  about her journey  and  the  assessment, referral  and  process of getting GCS.
