The Doctor's Daughter
I'll start with apologies to the Whovians' reading, there won't actually be much discussion of Dr Who in this post, nor of the gender identity and expression of various Galliferyans.
The sixth episode of the forth series ( post the restart of the franchise - this is 10th doctor territory) is called ' the Doctor's Daughter' and part of the plot is that a war between humans and the Hath has been going on for thousands of generations ...
however due to the use of cloning , these thousands of generations are actually only a week or two - but the history and understanding of time of both parties has degraded in to myth.
So what is the relevance of this to a post that is not about Dr Who?
It's the relentless generations of trans folx in some social media spaces... and their navie misunderstanding of clinical guidelines, and refusla to acknolwedge that just perhaps some of the people even 6months ahead of them might actually know stuff ...
then there;s the hypocrisy where it seems that some peopel simultaneously want things to be donefor them yet are claiming that the systems and processes in place are not individualised ...
