so it was my Birthday and I turned 42...
those who are friends with me on social media will know i wrote quite a gushing reflection crediting a few people with some of the stuff that has made me happy over the past couple of years.
Five years ago I was in a bad place emotionally and cognitively, Three years ago the fog was starting to clear, Two years ago I had a plan and purpose again and had just organised my GIC referral. Two years later and if I hadn't been able to access private care and had a pragmatic GP I'd have got nowhere and likely i'd be fatter still and more dysphoric than ever ...
