Yes anxiety is entirely normal at a time like this. However what is does mean is that people's response to stimulus , noxious or otherwise will be different to that which it is normally.For some people this will mean that their filters come down and their comments and thoughts will be less guarded than normal, due to the stressors impact on how you process and 'filter'  between the thoughts in your head and what comes out of your mouth / onto the page / screen.

I'm not  going to try and make light of the topic or claim to offer  magical solutions, or point you in the direction of  any of the multitude of  assistance / help out there, because, frankly , at the minute  i'm barely keeping things together.
