At it's most extreme we get the concept of the 'trans widow' as explored in Silent Witness Story 'Two Spirits' (a two Part pt.1 and pt.2) where the story looks at the 'loss' of the character who turns out to be perpetrator
or in Abi Thorn's (Philosophy Tube) coming out video where she talks about some of these topics.
I personally find the whole topic very interesting, do I grieve for someone who never existed?
No I don't why should I ? 'His' experiences are my experiences, just the mask and the leaden coat of societal expectation was worn.
